The 2011 Jeep® Grand Cherokee and Dodge Challenger led their segments in Strategic Vision's Total Quality Index® (TQI) study, Autoweek reported.
Strategic Vision said Chrysler Group is "showing signs of a comeback." Strategic Vision's Darrel Edwards said, "We explicitly measure the emotional impact of each vehicle attribute and ask the customer what they love about their vehicle," CarAdvice.com said.
Strategic Vision says it differs from other studies such as J.D. Power and Associates' Initial Quality Study, because they measure not just problems, but also the "total positive experience created for the owner/driver," Autoblog reported.
